§ 1. General provisions
These terms (hereinafter: the Program Terms) set out the rules for participation in the “Refer and earn” (“Polecaj i zarabiaj”) partner program (hereinafter: the Program) organized by the Service Provider of the BakePilot application.
The Organizer of the Program is Patryk Kowalski, conducting business activity under the business name KamikStudio, NIP (Polish tax identification number) 6182187584, ul. Fabryczna 1, 62-800 Kalisz, Poland.
The Program operates within the BakePilot Application and is subject to the general Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, these Program Terms take precedence to the extent concerning the Program.
§ 2. Conditions of participation
Any user of the BakePilot Application who has an active Account within an organization with an assigned referrer code may become a Participant in the Program.
- The referrer code is assigned automatically and is available in the “Refer and earn” section in the Application.
- Participation in the Program is voluntary and free of charge.
- The Organizer reserves the right to exclude a participant in the event of a breach of the Program Terms or actions contrary to the law.
§ 3. Referral mechanism
The Referrer shares their individual referrer code or a registration link containing this code with potential new users of the Application. The Referred person registers using the referral link or enters the code in the registration form.
A referral is recorded with the pending status at the moment the Referred person registers. A referral becomes active only after the Referred person has paid for at least one full month of subscription in any paid plan. The Trial Period alone does not activate the referral.
A referral may be cancelled in the event of:
- the Referred person cancelling the subscription before paying for the first month,
- abuse of the Program being found (e.g. self-referrals, fictitious accounts),
- a breach of the Application Terms of Service by the Referred person.
§ 4. Commission
The commission is calculated on the net amount of each subscription payment made by a Referred person with an active referral. The commission rate depends on the number of the Referrer's active referrals:

Pending and cancelled referrals are not counted towards the threshold. The threshold changes automatically and applies from the next calculated payment. The Organizer reserves the right to change the commission rates with 14 days' notice - the change does not affect commissions already calculated.
§ 5. Commission payout
The calculated commission is visible in the “Refer and earn” panel as the balance available for payout. The minimum payout amount is 50 PLN.
In order to receive a payout, the Referrer is obliged to issue a VAT invoice (or a bill, if they are not a VAT taxpayer) to the Organizer's details:

After receiving a correctly issued invoice, the Organizer makes the payout within 14 business days by bank transfer to the bank account indicated on the invoice. The Referrer is responsible for the correct tax settlement of the commission received.
§ 6. Promotion rules
The Referrer may promote the BakePilot Application and their referrer code through their own communication channels (social media, website, e-mail, direct contact). The following are prohibited:
- sending unsolicited bulk correspondence (spam),
- impersonating the Organizer or making false promises about the Application,
- using paid advertising with the BakePilot trademark without the written consent of the Organizer,
- creating fictitious accounts in order to generate commissions (self-referrals),
- actions that violate the law or good practice.
A breach of the promotion rules results in the cancellation of calculated commissions and exclusion from the Program.
§ 7. Duration and termination of the Program
The Program operates for an indefinite period from the day it was launched. The Organizer reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Program with a 30-day notice period, of which participants will be informed electronically.
If the Program is terminated, all calculated and unpaid commissions (above the minimum payout amount) will be settled on the existing terms. The Referrer may withdraw from participation at any time by contacting the Organizer at kontakt@bakepilot.pl.
§ 8. Liability
The Organizer is not liable for the actions of the Referrer undertaken as part of promoting the Application. The Referrer bears full responsibility for the compliance of their promotional activities with applicable law.
§ 9. Personal data
The personal data of Program participants is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the BakePilot Application. The data processed as part of the Program includes: the Referrer's identification data, the referrer code, information on referrals and calculated commissions. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
§ 10. Final provisions
In matters not regulated by these Program Terms, the provisions of the general Terms of Service and the provisions of Polish law apply. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Program Terms for important reasons, informing participants at least 14 days before the changes enter into force. The Program Terms are in force from 27 March 2026.
