Customer contact and social media assistant
SaaS for pastry shops - part-time, remote, Polish market
BakePilot is software for running a pastry shop or bakery - orders, recipes, costs, HACCP, invoices. It was built by the owners of a working pastry shop (PyziPyzi in Kalisz, Poland), so we solve the industry's real problems.
We are looking for someone to help us look after relationships with interested customers and build the brand's presence where pastry chefs are - in industry groups and on social media.
What will you do?
Two areas, one role.
Looking after contacts (leads)
- Replying to inquiries from people who left their contact details
- Leading the conversation: answering questions about the app, sending offers, encouraging people to create a free trial account
- Simple follow-ups and noting the status in our system (we'll teach you how)
Presence and outreach on social media
- Actively reaching pastry shops and bakeries on Facebook (industry groups), Instagram and Reddit
- Joining discussions where someone is looking for a way to handle orders, costs or organization - and showing how BakePilot helps
- Publishing short, valuable content about the app
- Goal: build awareness and bring in new interested people
Who are we looking for?
- Excellent written Polish - no mistakes, a natural tone (you write like a person to a person, not like a leaflet)
- Comfortable on social media and talking to customers
- Independent and consistent - the job is part-time, but ongoing
- Nice to have: knowledge of the food service or pastry industry, experience in customer service or social media
- No sales experience required - communication skills and good manners matter more
Terms and pay
Remote, flexible hours
About 8-10 hours a week (e.g. 2 days a week). Long-term cooperation, paid through Useme (a Polish freelancing platform) or under a Polish civil-law contract (umowa zlecenie).
Base rate + bonus
An hourly base rate of 35-40 PLN/h plus a 150 PLN bonus for every paying customer you bring in.
Onboarding and materials from us
Ready-made templates, product knowledge and a base of warm contacts to work with from day one.
How to apply?
Write briefly: why you are a good fit, where you have been active on social media (links welcome), and confirm that you accept the pay model.
Bonus: in 3-4 sentences, describe how you would approach a pastry shop in a Facebook group without sounding like an ad.
