Your ingredient database, also from Excel
A new account starts with an empty database. You do not have to enter everything by hand: you can import ingredients with prices from a CSV or Excel file. Each one has a category, a package price and package weight, and the system calculates the price per kilogram on its own.

Price history and updates
Flour got more expensive? You change the price in one place. When the price comes from a purchase or an invoice, recipes with flour are recalculated automatically, and after a manual change, with one click. You see the price history: how much flour cost a month ago and how much it costs now.

Frequently asked questions
Can I add my own ingredients?
Yes. You add as many of your own ingredients as you like, with prices and units, manually or by importing from CSV or Excel.
Where do ingredient prices come from?
From your own purchases. You enter them manually, record purchases from suppliers or update them from a photo of an invoice and from purchase invoices in KSeF (Poland's National e-Invoicing System), on the Mistrzowski (Master) plan. BakePilot does not impose market prices, because everyone buys in a different place at a different price.
