Feature · Inventory

Know what is in stock. Without opening the fridge.

The system deducts used ingredients based on recipes when you record production. You see what is running low and what you need to buy. No more “I'm out of butter and the cake is due in an hour”.

Available from the Profesjonalny (Professional) plan - from 189 PLN/month + VAT.

Automatic deduction after recording production

When you record production on the production list or finish production from a recipe (Mistrzowski (Master) plan), the system automatically deducts the recipe ingredients from stock, and for production from a recipe it uses the quantities actually weighed. You do not have to count anything by hand.

  • Automatic usage based on the recipe
  • Deducted after production is recorded, not on order status
  • Manual adjustments, because sometimes a bit of batter stays on the spoon
  • Adjustment history with author and reason
  • Stocktake: comparing stock levels with reality (Mistrzowski plan)

Low stock alerts

You set a minimum stock level for each ingredient. When supplies drop below it, the item turns red in inventory and shows up on the dashboard. You see what needs to be bought. No more surprises in the middle of production.

  • Configurable minimum levels per ingredient
  • Red highlighting, visible instantly
  • Low stock ingredients on the dashboard
  • Expiry date on the item, with items nearing expiry highlighted on the list (Mistrzowski plan)
  • The purchase planner calculates shortages from planned orders

Purchase planner and shopping list

The purchase planner takes confirmed orders from the period you choose, calculates from recipes how much of each ingredient you need and compares that with your stock. You save the shortages as a shopping list you tick off on your phone. You walk into the wholesaler with a ready list.

  • Requirements from orders for today, tomorrow, a week or a month
  • Estimated purchase cost
  • A checklist on your phone, shared by the whole bakery
  • Export the list to CSV
  • Export and print stock levels

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to enter stock levels manually?

At the start, yes: you do an initial stocktake or import stock levels from a file. After that, the system deducts ingredients on its own based on recipes when you record production (Mistrzowski plan). You make manual adjustments only occasionally.

Can I have several locations or fridges?

No. Inventory keeps a single stock level for each ingredient. Where an item is kept (e.g. “freezer”) you can write in a note on the item.
