Common questions about the free trial
Didn't find your answer? Message us on WhatsApp.
Message us on WhatsAppDo I have to enter credit card details?
No. Signing up requires your company's Polish tax ID (NIP), a phone number, an email and a password. Without a company you enter your first and last name, and we usually activate the account within 24 hours. You only enter a card when you choose a paid plan.
What happens after 20 days?
We pause access to the app until you choose a plan - after logging in you'll see the plan selection. Your data stays untouched, and once you buy a plan you pick up where you left off.
Can I delete my account at any time?
Yes. In the settings there is a "Delete account" button that permanently erases all of the organization's data - no questions asked and no notice period.
Does the trial include the HACCP module and KSeF invoices?
Yes. In the trial you have access to all modules without limits, including HACCP (GHP/GMP, temperature logs) and invoices with the KSeF v2 integration (Poland's National e-Invoicing System).
