Every customer has their own card (from the Profesjonalny (Professional) plan up). You see all their orders from the first to the latest, the number of orders and the average basket. When Anna Kowalska calls asking “how much was that cake I ordered last time?”, you answer in 5 seconds.

Search and statistics

You search for a customer by first name, last name, phone, company or NIP (Polish tax ID). On the customer card you see when they last ordered (maybe worth reaching out?), and in Analytics, who brings in the most revenue.

Frequently asked questions

Can I import my existing customer database?

Yes. You can import customers from a CSV file (e.g. from Excel). You download a ready-made template, paste in your data and upload the file.

Is customer data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted and stored in line with GDPR. Each user sees only the customers of their own bakery.
