Frequently asked questions
Can I send a quote to the customer's email?
Yes. You email the quote directly from the app, or print it (including to a PDF file from the browser) and send it from your own mailbox.
Does a quote turn into an order automatically?
No. From an accepted quote you create a contract with the “Create contract” button, and the customer and event details are copied over automatically. You add the production order separately.
