Your own option groups: fillings, decorations, extras
Custom cakes are rarely the same. Instead of creating a separate product for every combination, you define once everything that can be chosen: cake types, shapes and your own option groups with any names you like - jam, cream layer, decoration, extras. Each option can carry a surcharge, and groups can be shown only for selected cake types.

Automatic pricing, per kilogram or per portion
Each cake type can be priced per kilogram (the classic way), per portion (handy for large cakes) or offer a choice of both. When placing the order you enter the weight or the number of portions, and the price recalculates itself, together with the surcharges for the selected options and shape. Consistent pricing for every combination, with no mental math and no mistakes.

Portion calculator based on Marta Mężyńska's table
Not sure how many portions a cake of a given diameter will give? The wizard includes a portion calculator based on Marta Mężyńska's table, well known in the Polish cake industry. You choose the number of tiers and the diameters, and the system suggests the number of portions, which you add to the order with one click.
- Choice of the number of tiers (1-6) and diameters in centimeters
- Suggested number of portions from the table (e.g. 24 cm gives 30-40 portions)
- Set the number of guests in the order with one click
- Pricing uses the lower end of the range, so you never promise the customer too much
Building the order step by step
When creating an order you choose a custom cake and go through the steps: type, shape and size, option groups. You see the price as you go. The finished configuration is saved to the order with a full description: production sees exactly what to make, and a clear item name appears on the invoice.

Frequently asked questions
Which plan includes the cake configurator?
The Profesjonalny (Professional) and Mistrzowski (Master) plans. A Cakes tab appears in the menu, where you define types, shapes and option groups.
Do I have to create a separate product for every cake combination?
No. One custom cake is enough: you define the options once in the configurator and build each combination step by step when ordering. The price is calculated automatically.
How does the calculator know how many portions a cake will give?
It uses Marta Mężyńska's portion table: specific diameters and numbers of tiers have an assigned number of portions. The system does not guess values outside the table.
