BakePilot in production: a 32-inch touch screen at the workbench
The recipe, weights and the day's orders on a screen you can see from the other end of the table. The hardware comes from our partner Beetronics, a maker of industrial touch monitors.

Why a screen in production?
In the production room a phone ends up in the flour, a tablet is too small to read a weight from above the bowl, and a printed recipe doesn't know you are making one and a half batches today. A large touch screen on the wall solves all three problems at once: it stays in one place, it is readable from a few steps away and it shows the same as the office sees.
BakePilot runs in the browser, so on such a screen you have exactly the same views as on a computer. You don't install a separate program and you don't move any data.
What works on this screen today
Four BakePilot screens you use standing up and on the move.
Weighing mode
Production from a recipe step by step: stages, weights to tick off and ingredients scaled to the batch you are making right now. Available on the Mistrzowski (Master) plan.
Kanban board
The day's orders in columns by stage, visible to the whole shift from the other end of the table, without looking at a phone.
HACCP entries
Device temperatures and inspection sheets entered right at the workstation, not in the evening from memory.
Time tracking
Clocking in and out with a PIN on a shared screen, without a separate reader and without accounts for every employee.

The monitor is just a screen. It has no operating system of its own, so the station also needs a small computer and a VESA mount. We pick them together with the monitor, for your mounting location.
What the partnership with Beetronics gives you
For you it mostly means less to sort out and clear service rules.
One contact instead of three
You write to us. We order the monitor from the manufacturer, pick the computer and the mount, set up BakePilot on the screen and help you get the station running.
Hardware in stock
According to the manufacturer the model is available right away, and delivery within Poland usually takes 3-4 business days and is free.
Warranty without downtime
When a warranty claim is accepted, the manufacturer ships a replacement unit in advance, straight to the pastry shop, together with a label for returning the faulty one.
Industrial hardware, not office hardware
A metal housing, a sealed front and a wide input voltage range. It is a monitor designed for production halls and machines, not for a desk.
We test it ourselves before we recommend it
The first unit is going to our own PyziPyzi pastry shop in Kalisz, Poland. The spec sheet doesn't answer the questions that matter most in a production room, so we will check them ourselves:
- Touch with flour and fat on your fingers and on the glass. The manufacturer confirms it works with wet hands and that sensitivity can be adjusted with its own tool, but it has no experience with flour.
- Cleaning. The manufacturer's manual allows water or a professional glass cleaner on a microfiber cloth, without spraying directly onto the screen. It prohibits antiseptics, bleach, ammonia, acetone and solvents, and in correspondence the manufacturer also ruled out alcohol. In food production, where surfaces are disinfected, that is a real limitation. We will check how to reconcile it with the hygiene plan.
- How readable the recipe and the weights are from a few steps away, and how comfortable it is to use during a real shift.
We'll describe the results on this page, even if something doesn't work the way we'd like.
Questions about the production station
Didn't find your answer? Message us on WhatsApp.
Message us on WhatsAppDoes the monitor work on its own, without a computer?
No. It is just a touch screen, with no operating system of its own. You need a small computer or a device that sends the picture over USB-C or HDMI. BakePilot runs in the browser, so a small mini PC is enough. We pick it together with the monitor.
Where should I mount the screen in the production room?
Away from steam and places where water condenses: the front is sealed, not the whole housing, and the manufacturer does not allow switching the device on when there is condensation. The USB touch cable can be up to 3 meters long, so the computer should be close to the screen. A view that stays unchanged all day needs a screen saver, because a static image can burn into an LCD screen.
How much does the whole station cost?
The monitor alone costs 3,099 PLN net from the manufacturer. On top of that come the computer and the mount, whose price depends on where you mount it. Write to us and we'll prepare a quote for your production room.
Do I need a separate BakePilot license for the screen?
No. On the screen you log in to your pastry shop's account just as you do on a computer or tablet. Weighing mode requires the Mistrzowski plan, while the Kanban board and the other screens work according to your plan.
Can I use a different screen or a tablet?
Yes. BakePilot works on any device with a browser and doesn't need specific hardware. We recommend this model because it is designed for production conditions and has clear warranty terms.
Have you tested this monitor in a pastry shop?
We are doing it now. The first unit is going to our own PyziPyzi pastry shop in Kalisz, Poland. We'll describe the results on this page, including the inconvenient ones.
Want a station like this in your bakery?
Leave your details. We'll ask about the mounting location and prepare a quote for the monitor, computer and mount.
