Create orders from your phone in 30 seconds
Between kneading dough and serving customers, you open your phone, enter the order and get back to work. The form is designed for one thumb. You pick the customer (or create a new one), the product, the pickup date, and you are done. The system assigns a number and sets the status to “Draft” on its own.

Every order goes through clearly defined stages. Your baker sees what is queued for production. You see what is ready to hand over. When an order is confirmed, the team gets a push notification in the Android app, and in the evening before the pickup day, a reminder.

Deposits, receipts, invoices with a tax ID
Taking a deposit? The system records it and deducts it from the final amount. Need an invoice with the customer's NIP (Polish tax ID)? You tick VAT invoice and enter the customer's NIP, and on the Mistrzowski (Master) plan you issue the invoice straight from the order. Everything in one place, without separate invoicing software.

Frequently asked questions
Can I take orders from my phone?
Yes. BakePilot is designed mobile-first, so the whole app works as well on a phone as on a computer. Creating an order takes about 30 seconds.
Does the customer get notified about the order status?
No. BakePilot does not send customers text messages or emails about the order status. Your team gets push notifications in the Android app, when an order is confirmed and in the evening before the pickup day.
Can I export orders?
Yes. You can export the order list to CSV or Excel (XLSX). You can also print each order and the whole list, including to a PDF file from the browser.
