Automatic entries from orders

You do not have to retype anything. You create an order with a pickup date and it shows up in the calendar automatically. Change the date? The calendar updates. Zero duplicated work.

You generate an iCal link and add it to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or any calendar app. From then on, BakePilot orders appear next to your personal events, and the calendar pulls in changes on its own.

Views: day, week, month

The day view shows a detailed hour-by-hour plan. The week view shows your workload for the coming days. The month view gives you the full picture, e.g. that in December you have 3× more orders than usual.

Does the calendar sync with my phone?

Yes. You generate an iCal link and add it to any calendar app (Google Calendar, Apple Calendar). Orders appear on your phone automatically.

Can I see the orders of all my staff?

Yes. The calendar shows all of your bakery's orders, not split by employee.
