BakePilot blog comment rules

Version of October 1, 2026

Comments are currently accepted only under the Polish versions of our articles on bakepilot.pl. These rules apply to all comments on the BakePilot blog.

  1. Comments on the BakePilot blog are run by KamikStudio (details in the terms of service). We publish a comment after its e-mail address is confirmed with the link from our message. We never publish the e-mail address.
  2. We do not publish, and we remove, comments that:
    1. break the law or the rights of others (defamation, threats, hate speech, copyright infringement, other people's personal data);
    2. are advertising, spam or contain off-topic links;
    3. impersonate another person or company;
    4. are vulgar;
    5. are not about the article.
  3. After publication, comments are read by a person from the BakePilot team. We do not use automated content assessment; the form is protected against bots by Cloudflare Turnstile, which does not assess the content of the comment.
  4. If we hide or remove your comment, we will write to the address you gave with the comment, explaining why and how you can appeal. We do not send such messages for mass advertising spam.
  5. Anyone can report a comment they believe is illegal, using the “Report” button next to the comment or the page bakepilot.com/report-content. We will confirm receipt of the report and let you know our decision.
  6. You can appeal our decision (to remove a comment or to keep a reported comment) by writing to kontakt@bakepilot.pl within 6 months. A person will review the appeal within 14 days.
  7. We announce changes to these rules on this page, with the date they take effect. More about our obligations under the Digital Services Act: bakepilot.com/dsa.
